Project Manager

PVM, Inc is actively seeking an experienced, St. Petersburg-based Project Manager. You will be a key member of our account management team, helping support our St. Petersburg clients’ missions and ensure the success of their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, run, and supervise all project activities. This will include sprint planning, coordinating, and monitoring emergency response, project financial tracking and invoicing, and vetting client growth opportunities

• Work closely with the Program Manager (Director of Account Operations) to ensure the execution of the project and report on the project status in a timely manner

• Gather insights to provide feedback to team and collaborate on new developments to ensure clients’ needs are being met

• Own client relationships and be the end-to-end point of contact between clients and PVM

• Interface with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

• Oversee the progress in meeting clients' needs as the project evolves

• Fix issues arising in the project and track project's progress

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

• 1-3+ years of project management experience

• Previous experience working with US Special Forces and other government entities is a plus

Education:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience

• PMP certification is a plus

• Agile Certified as Scrum Master (preferred)

Tools:

• Experience with web-based project management tools: Azure DevOps, Asana, or Jira

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Office, SharePoint), BambooHR, Mavenlink/Katana

• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
